1. The Cornerhouse Card applies to UK residents only aged over 18. The Cornerhouse reserves the right to refuse membership to any person.

2. The Cornerhouse Card remains the property of The Cornerhouse and is valid only for use within The Cornerhouse. Cards must be returned to The Cornerhouse on request.

3. The Cornerhouse is entitled to cancel membership of any member at any time.

4. The Cornerhouse reserves the right to alter, amend or suspend the scheme or the terms and conditions at any time without limitation. The Cornerhouse reserves the right to cancel the scheme at any time.

5. Only the cardholder can use the card. The cardholder may not lend or sell the card to anyone else.

6. If you wish to terminate or change details of your membership you must write to The Cornerhouse returning your card.

7. Any offer/discount/promotion made under the scheme is for The Cornerhouse Card holders only. Proof of identity may be required on presentation of the card.

8. The Cornerhouse will not be liable for any loss, costs, damages or claims that you may have as a result of any change in the scheme or termination of your membership.

9. The Cornerhouse has the right to terminate membership if your card is found in the possession of any other person. If your Cornerhouse Card is lost or stolen please contact The Cornerhouse and a new card will be issued.

10. By registering for a Cornerhouse Card, you are opting-in to receive marketing correspondence from The Cornerhouse and associated outlets via email to the email address provided at registration. You are entitled to opt-out of this correspondence at any time by contacting The Cornerhouse or following the unsubscribe instructions in any email sent.
